Webster University women's cross country runner, Valerie Martin, was named the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Runner of the Week for September 21-27. Martin, a junior from Webster Groves, MO (Webster Groves HS), is the first Gorlok women's cross country runner to earn the honor since Heather Heisse in 2013.
